Shipping & Returns

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If any part should fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use and service, please return it with your Original Invoice and Original Receipt within the warranty period to where it was purchased. Seal My Fridge Pty. Ltd (trading as Chill Seal) do not condone the use of its products for any purposes other than fridges.

REFUND POLICY

While every effort will be made to ensure your seals arrive in top condition and suited for your fridge, occasionally things go awry. If the seals are not suitable due to a fault on our part we will replace them at no charge to you. The originally supplied seals must be returned to us in good condition prior to replacements being shipped. We will refund standard postage costs if prior arrangement has been made. You must contact us before returning any seals otherwise we will not be responsible for the return postage cost.

All refunds / returned seals should be returned within 30 days of order date. Refunds may not be issued if returned after 30 days of order date.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A VALID RETURNS AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER THE RETURN HAS BEEN AGREED BY US. ON THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL SEE CLEAR PACKAGING GUIDELINES, SEALS RETURNED WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT OR PACKAGED INCORRECTLY SUBSEQUENTLY DAMAGING THE PRODUCT WILL NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

INSTALLATION

All parts must be installed properly for which they were designed. Installation must be performed by competent technician.

ORDERS

Chill Seal aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.

SHIPPING

Flat Rate Shipping is currently available (some remote areas are NOT included), express post and is charged by destination and weight (this is calculated by Australia post in the check out). International orders are calculated in checkout. Express Post can be purchased - Please note this is Express Post only and not Express Manufacture, please still allow 24-48 hours for the manufacture of your goods.

DAMAGE

Every seal is checked thoroughly prior to shipping to make sure it leaves here in good condition. Obvious damage to package must be noted by the customer on the carrier's bill of landing at the time of delivery. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier within (2) two business days. It is very important to retain the package and packaging materials in case of damage.

CANCELLATIONS

The majority of Chill Seal products are made to order, therefore, cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
